Job Description

As a Team Lead in the Collections Department, you'll motivate and guide your team toward exceeding performance targets while maintaining compliance and fostering collaboration. Your leadership will shape results, drive efficiency, and strengthen a culture of transparency and accountability.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift (Training is 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday; should be flexible with days off based on operational needs)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
  • Proven background in a BPO environment
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership that influences and inspires
  • Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and decision-making in fast-paced settings
  • Highly organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented
  • A team player with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Serve as the point of support for team challenges
  • Lead coaching sessions and conduct team meetings
  • Monitor team performance, manage underperformance, and report on KPI metrics
  • Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy in processing and task completion
