Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, manage employee relations, support talent acquisition, and implement initiatives that foster engagement and retention, ensuring compliance with regulations and HR best practices.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off

Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience with Australian HR requirements, regulations, and practices
  • Progressive HR experience, around 10 years in an HR Business Partner or advisory capacity
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and core HR processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and related tools for data management and reporting

Your Daily Tasks

  • Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives to drive a high-performance culture
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts supporting frontline managers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new recruits
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee retention
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) to inform data-driven decision-making
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace through coaching and employee advocacy
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices
