Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Assistant (5–10 hrs/week) – Philippines

Summary:

Join Flowloopa as a Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help promote a variety of businesses — from webinars and coaching services to gyms, clinics, and other professional brands. You'll be responsible for creating and posting high-quality content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and supports each client's marketing goals.

This is a freelance, part-time position (5–10 hours per week) with opportunities to transition into a larger role based on performance. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and fluent in both English and Tagalog, with strong skills in social media management and content design.

Use of Time Doctor for time tracking is required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and publish 3 engaging social media posts per week for each assigned client.
  • Design professional visuals using Canva or similar tools.
  • Write engaging English and Tagalog captions tailored to each client's audience.
  • Support promotional campaigns for webinars, fitness centers, clinics, and other client businesses.
  • Assist with email marketing, basic CRM updates, and contact list management.
  • Track post performance and provide simple weekly summaries or reports.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or promotional support.
  • Skilled with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and familiar with tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot / GHL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must have your own laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
