What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as a Salesforce Administrator and play a key role in supporting Salesforce operations. You will manage user access, maintain data integrity, build reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and document processes-helping clients achieve operational excellence and sustainable business growth.

Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Training: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST; Post-training: Flexible 40 hrs/week, with required availability 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. PST, 3 days per week

What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Salesforce Admin Certification (required)
- Expertise in creating and managing user profiles, roles, and hierarchies
- Proficiency in assigning and managing permission sets
- Experience with data management, duplicate handling, Data Loader, and Import Wizard
- Ability to build and troubleshoot Salesforce flows (simple to complex)
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleanup)
- Ability to create and maintain process and configuration documentation
- Proven ability to manage cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently
- Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning UI and Classic migrations
- Knowledge of AppExchange tools, APIs, and integrations
- Understanding of field-level security, sharing rules, and Salesforce Shield
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills

- Provide support for GrowthSmart clients
- Manage user profiles, roles, and hierarchies
- Troubleshoot system issues and errors
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Create and maintain detailed process and configuration documentation
