Retail Marketing Specialist

Blood Red Inc. is looking for a bright individual who are results-driven and creative that can help build our digital marketing communication and put ideas into action for our design-led sustainable premium swimwear and water sports accessories portfolio.

Blood Red Inc. is based at Cebu in the Philippines.

You should possess the following:

  • Experience in marketing, social media, and product initiatives.
  • Impressive writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively to make sound marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Define, design and implement a creative digital visual merchandising strategy
  • Manage social media platforms (e.g. facebook, Instagram, tiktok, youtube and website) to engage with followers, create compelling content and drive interest to the brand.
  • Create and schedule post, respond to comments and messages and analyze social media metrics to optimize performances.
  • Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns.

  • Up to date with latest social media trends and initiatives
  • Well read, and open to ideas
  • Excellent at managing projects effectively
  • Able to work independently and with a small team
  • Interested in RTW fashion, water and adventure sports, travel, and the outdoors
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
