Overview:

The Digital Marketing Assistant / SEO Specialist supports the digital marketing team by helping with day-to-day Digital Marketing tasks, content creation, and client reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, learning about digital marketing, and working with data-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation & Support

  • Write and edit short-form content for blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Help optimize content for search engines using target keywords.
  • Update existing pages with new or improved content as directed.

● Client Onboarding & Dashboard Setup

  • Assist in onboarding new clients into Agency Analytics.
  • Set up dashboards, connect integrations, and ensure data is displaying correctly.

● Keyword Research

  • Conduct keyword research using SEMRush and related SEO/GEO tools.
  • Identify keyword opportunities and provide lists for content planning.

● Content Implementation

  • Post or schedule approved content on websites and social media platforms.
  • Ensure formatting and links are correct and aligned with SEO/GEO best practices.

● Reporting & Analytics

  • Help review and update automated client reports.
  • Make light edits and customizations to reports based on client needs.

● Technical SEO/GEO Assistance

  • Run basic technical site audits using SEO/GEO tools.
  • Record and report issues (broken links, missing meta data, etc.) to the marketing or web team.

Qualifications (Preferred):

● Proactive desire to execute, measure, and deliver successful campaigns.

● Basic understanding of SEO/GEO principles or willingness to learn.

● Comfortable working in online dashboards (e.g., Agency Analytics, Google tools, SEMRush,etc).

● Strong writing, grammar, and organizational skills.

● Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

● Experience with website platforms (like WordPress) is a plus.
