About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role focuses on managing pay-per-click campaigns, conducting keyword research, supporting SEO initiatives, and assisting with cross-channel digital marketing projects. If you're data-driven, creative, and passionate about optimizing campaigns for real results, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management

  • Build, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and implement strategies to improve ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, landing pages, and bidding approaches
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide insights for ongoing improvement

Keyword Research

  • Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for ad targeting and SEO initiatives.

SEO & Content Support

  • Assist the SEO team in creating content briefs and uploading optimized content to websites
  • Generate SEO-friendly copy or updates when needed to enhance visibility and engagement.

Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support

  • Provide assistance for urgent client requests or time-sensitive marketing projects
  • Support other departments, such as social media and email marketin,g during peak periods
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop new marketing strategies
  • Participate in client meetings or presentations when needed
  • Troubleshoot issues related to digital marketing platforms and tools

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in PPC campaign management or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner) is a plus
