We're Hiring: Social, SEO and Digital Ads Specialist (Lead Generation)

Auxelit Softworks is a Cebu based software company building secure and scalable solutions for businesses. We are expanding and need a digital marketing specialist who can generate qualified leads through paid ads, social platforms and SEO.

Role: Social, SEO and Digital Ads Specialist

Type: Full time, Hybrid or Remote flexibility

Location: Cebu City or nearby preferred

Salary Range: ₱25,000 to ₱30,000 per month

What you will do

  • Manage lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other digital platforms
  • Conduct SEO optimization including keyword research, content planning and on page improvements
  • Improve website visibility and rankings through technical SEO and backlink building
  • Build and optimize ad creatives, audiences and landing pages for conversions
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and ads platform dashboards
  • Run A/B tests and continuously refine audience targeting and funnels
  • Work with sales and operations on CRM handoff and lead qualification
  • Create ad copy, SEO content suggestions and coordinate with designers

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years experience in digital marketing for B2B or SaaS
  • Candidates must have sufficient B2B or SaaS marketing experience in either B2B environments or SaaS environments to meet role requirements
  • Hands on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or similar
  • Experience with multiple SEO tools is required to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of SEO platforms and capabilities
  • Experience with Google Ads, keyword research and landing page optimization
  • Understanding of UTM tagging, conversion tracking and analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset and good copywriting skills
