Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, including appointment scheduling, billing, and general healthcare information
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare-focused call centre or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
