Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in RPO services, targeting international clients (US and other global markets).

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and company goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and hiring stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with internal delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to create tailored RPO solutions for clients.

  • Lead client presentations, proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term account retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the RPO, staffing, or talent solutions industry.

  • Proven success in acquiring international clients, particularly from the US, Europe, or other global markets.

  • Strong understanding of RPO models, offshore delivery structures, and recruitment lifecycle processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Strong networking abilities and experience using CRM/sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with offshore delivery centers.

  • Established network of HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and procurement teams in global markets.

  • Understanding of workforce solutions, MSP/VMS models, and talent advisory services.

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
