Basic Function

To analyze business needs and processes, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support the development and implementation of business solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct business requirement gathering with stakeholders and users
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and system gaps
  • Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Develop and maintain process maps, BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), and UAT plans
  • Coordinate with IT, product, and business teams to ensure alignment of requirements
  • Support project planning, scoping, and prioritization based on business needs
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions before deployment
  • Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements
  • Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users
  • Ensure solutions comply with company standards, security, and data policies

Qualifications & CompetenciesEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in business analysis or similar role
  • Experience in process documentation and requirement gathering
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environment preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in process modeling and documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
  • Understanding of SDLC & business process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with analytics, data interpretation, and reporting (Excel, BI tools)
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) is an advantage
