Summary:
The FAO Auxiliary Aide is responsible for providing administrative support to faculty members and office officials to ensure the efficient operation of the assigned office. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining timekeeping records for faculty members, managing office communications, and handling all documents and records related to office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience, specifically in timekeeping or related administrative functions.
- Proficient in productivity software (MS Office).
- Good technical writing and reporting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive to details and good organizational skills.
- Demonstrates high confidentiality standards.
- Full-Time Position.
- Available to commit immediately.
