
Administrative Officer

The candidate performs clerical tasks to ensure that the staff are working effectively and everything is communicated properly. His/Her tasks involve but are not limited to the following:
- Answers and directs telephone calls
- Check company email and direct/reply to the email appropriately
- Provide assistance to the sales team in following up foreign suppliers, couriers and customs brokers
- Help in ensuring timely release of imported shipments (ex. Follow up with brokers, provide documentary requirements)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (ex. Sales Reports, Expense Reports, etc)
- Help in complying with customer/s documentation requirements (ex. Uploading of invoices, sending out documents)
- Assist in fulfilling client-related requests and requirements (ex. Provide quotations or answer basic questions)
QUALFICATIONS
- Proficiency in MS Office or Open Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- College degree; Additional qualification if with experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
