Job Summary:

The Field Account Officer is responsible for conducting on-site client coordination, collection follow-ups, and account validation for assigned bank auto loan and foreclosed accounts. This role requires field mobility, strong interpersonal skills, and a high sense of accountability to ensure timely and effective account management and recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits for auto loan accounts, foreclosed properties, and delinquent clients.
  • Coordinate with clients, barangay officials, or local authorities as needed to verify account information.
  • Facilitate the retrieval or turnover of units in accordance with company and bank guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of field reports, acknowledgment receipts, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Billing teams regarding accomplished repossessions or settlements.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold company reputation during all field transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Preferably with field collection, credit investigation, or repossession background.
  • Must be willing to travel and work on-site in assigned Isabela areas.
  • With valid driver's license RC 1 & 2 and preferably with own motorcycle.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Honest, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
