About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Data Privacy Compliance Officer to ensure TGServices, Inc. maintains full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and all relevant regulations. This critical role involves leading the implementation of our privacy framework, proactively managing data protection risks, and safeguarding personal data across all company operations, with a particular focus on HR, core operations, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy & Framework Management: Develop, implement, and maintain robust data privacy policies, procedures, and controls in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk & Incident Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate data privacy risks. Lead incident response efforts for any data breaches or privacy-related concerns.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure proper handling and protection of personal data across all departments, providing guidance and support for compliance in day-to-day activities.
  • Training & Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions for employees to foster a culture of data privacy awareness and compliance.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies (e.g., National Privacy Commission) and manage all necessary filings and reports.
  • Audit & Reporting: Conduct internal privacy audits, prepare compliance reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in data privacy, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA and National Privacy Commission (NPC) circulars/advisories.
  • Proven experience in drafting comprehensive privacy policies and implementing data protection procedures.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Unwavering integrity, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
