Job Description:

The Training Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for security personnel, ensuring compliance with PNP-SOSIA, TESDA, and DOLE regulations and industry standards. This role plays a key part in enhancing the skills, discipline, and professionalism of security personnel, ensuring they are fully prepared for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development & Compliance

2. Design and oversee training modules for security guards, supervisors, and specialized units.

3. Ensure compliance with PNP-SOSIA, TESDA, and DOLE training standards.
4. Develop and update training materials based on the latest security threats, laws, and best practices.

5. Implement firearms handling, emergency response, customer service, and crisis management training.

6. Training Execution & Supervision

7. Conduct classroom training, hands-on drills, and scenario-based exercises.

8. Supervise trainers, instructors, and training officers.
9. Monitor and evaluate trainees' performance, ensuring they meet competency standards.

10. Organize refresher courses and continuous learning programs for security staff.

11. Certification & Accreditation

12. Ensure all security personnel receive proper certification and licensing.

13. Work with PNP-SOSIA, TESDA, and other regulatory agencies to secure accreditation for training programs.

14. Maintain proper documentation of training records and certifications for audits and compliance checks.

15. Recruitment & Screening Assistance

16. Assist in sourcing and selecting candidates from the pool of training school students.

17. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

18. Analyze training outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback.

19. Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.
20. Introduce modern training methods, including e-learning, simulations, and tactical drills.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's and Masters degree in Criminology, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security training, law enforcement, or military service.
• Strong knowledge of PNP-SOSIA regulations, security operations, and crisis management.
• TESDA accreditation or a certified Training Officer license is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and capable of conducting hands-on training.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work experience in a security agency or private security training institution.
• Familiarity with firearms training, self-defense techniques, and emergency response protocols.
• Experience developing corporate security, VIP protection, and crowd control training programs.
