Account Officer for Lipa Batangas

Job Summary:

The Account Officer (Field) is responsible for managing assigned bank auto loan and foreclosed accounts through on-site coordination, collection, and account recovery activities within the assigned area. The role involves field validation, client coordination, and ensuring that repossession or settlement processes are conducted in accordance with company policies and client bank standards.

This position plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, protecting company assets, and contributing to the overall recovery performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Account Management

• Handle assigned accounts within Lipa, Batangas and nearby areas for auto loan repossession and foreclosed properties.
• Conduct field visits, skip tracing, and client validation to locate delinquent borrowers or recovered units.
• Coordinate directly with clients, barangay officials, and local authorities to facilitate recovery activities.
• Secure and document acknowledgment receipts, turnover reports, and related field documents.

2. Collection and Recovery Support

• Initiate on-site collection activities and negotiate amicable settlements when applicable.
• Ensure recovered vehicles or assets are turned over to designated storage or client facilities.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of account information prior to billing or turnover.
• Maintain proper records of all field activities, including daily visit logs and route plans.

3. Reporting and Coordination

• Submit daily field reports, status updates, and liquidation summaries to the Field Team Manager.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Accounting teams regarding accomplished repossessions and billing documentation.
• Provide feedback to management on ground challenges, risk areas, and recommended process improvements.

4. Compliance and Professional Conduct

• Adhere to company policies, client procedures, and ethical standards in all field operations.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and professionalism while representing the company.
• Maintain good working relationships with partner banks, clients, and local stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business, Criminology, or related field (undergraduates with field experience are welcome to apply).
• Preferably with experience in field collection, credit investigation, or repossession operations.
• Must be willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas and nearby areas.
• With valid driver's license and own motorcycle (required for field mobility).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Trustworthy, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
