About the Role:

We are seeking a Travel Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class customer service and support to clients in the travel industry. You will handle inquiries, process bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel-related services.
  • Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
  • Provide customers with information on fares, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:
  • At least a High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • With or without BPO experience (experience in a travel account is an advantage).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a shifting or night schedule.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
