About the Role:

We are looking for a Travel Account Representative with prior experience in a travel account to join our growing team The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and assisting clients with their travel-related concerns — from flight bookings to itinerary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings, reservations, and itineraries.
  • Provide accurate and efficient assistance regarding flight schedules, rebooking, cancellations, and travel policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, promotions, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience handling a Travel Account in a BPO or customer service setting.
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and graveyard shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
