JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong background in scripting, observability, and cloud platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver excellent customer support. You will serve as a trusted partner to our customers and internal teams, ensuring high reliability and quick resolution of issues across our platforms and integrations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Support, debug, and optimize customer use of APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
  • Write and maintain Python scripts to automate troubleshooting, monitoring, and support workflows.
  • Use tools such as Datadog and other observability platforms to monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to replicate and troubleshoot customer issues in multi-cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Document fixes, playbooks, and best practices to continuously improve support operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of problems and solutions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation and debugging.
  • Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or similar.
  • Familiarity with APIs and SDKs, including hands-on debugging and integration support.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of AI tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
