Documentation and Liaison Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathers, Collate and Transmit Technical Documents needed by other departments
Facilitates the submission of liquidations (includes reproduction of attachments, recording, and routing)
Files hard copies and update records of technical documents available
Provides data needed for the updating of Monitoring and Transaction Reports
Gathers and collate documentary requirement for all transactions including ADA, CODA, TCT Correction, Building Permit, COO, Tax Declaration, Real Property Tax and others
Facilitates routing of documents for approval
Safe keep of transmitted and received memorandum
Transmits complete docs to 3rd Party for filing to BIR, RD and secure converted TCT and Tax Dec. including undertakings
Perform others tasks as may be assigned by Immediate Superior and Management from time to time
Job Qualifications:
o A graduate of any four year related course
o With experience in administrative tasks particularly in titling documentation
o Proficient in communication skills and computer literate
o With good working attitude, well-organized and a team player
