Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Philippines for a Liaison Officer. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for facilitating communication between clients and overseas employers, assisting with documentation and compliance, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination. The role also involves training and guiding Filipino workers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in processing or scheduling for Visa & biometric for Embassy
  • Have an experience for deployment & assist the applicants for departure at the airport
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with overseas employment processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
