Compliance Liaison

JOB SUMMARY:
The Compliance Liaison is responsible for crafting, reviewing, and submitting essential documents to align with regulations from SEC, BIR, FDA, SRA, city halls, and other government agencies, and providing assistance to company lawyers in case planning and management. The role demands frequent interactions with internal stakeholders and government bodies. It involves monitoring regulatory updates, ensuring internal alignment, physically processing documentation, and maintaining a favorable rapport with agencies and local government units, as well as conducting legal research, fact-checking, document preparations, and other related duties that may be assigned. The position requires frequent travel within the Greater Metro Manila area to fulfill these responsibilities.

- Document Creation, Review and Compliance
- Physical Document Processing and Submission
- Stakeholder Communication and Coordination
- Agency and Local Government Relations
- Internal Reporting and Compliance Updates
- Planning and Submission reports within the deadlines.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Training:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Arts, Public Relations, or related fields.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in government relations, permit processing, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with procedures and the processes of SEC, BIR, FDA, DAR, and local government units within the Greater Metro Manila area, including Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna.
- Experience as Paralegal or Liaison Staff.
