Hubspot Assistant

Our client is a single platform to equip teams & manage assets globally, automating the full asset lifecycle. They partner with leading startups and established giants, making us the go-to Technology Management Platform for innovative companies around the world.

Type: Less than 15 hours/week (remote)

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Hubspot platform by assisting in managing customer relationships and data.
  • Assist in the automation of marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline processes and improve workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and campaign performance.
  • Help in optimizing Hubspot usage by providing training and support to team members.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to enhance the overall effectiveness of the marketing strategies.
  • Set up forms
  • Set up email signatures
  • Set up funnels
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving customer retention strategies.
  • Assist in the integration of new tools and systems into the existing infrastructure.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proficient in using Hubspot CRM and related tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Desired Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a marketing team is preferred.
  • Experience with automation tools and strategies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the technology sector and managing assets on a global scale is desirable.
