About the Role

We are seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist to support one of our Australian-based clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot or Zoho platforms and a strong understanding of how to optimise automation, lead management, and data tracking processes.

This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and optimise CRM systems (HubSpot or Zoho).
  • Set up and refine automations, workflows, and sales pipelines.
  • Create and manage forms, email templates, and sequences.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and sales activity performance.
  • Assist in integrating CRM with other business tools (e.g., , Google Workspace, Xero).
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure records are consistently updated.
  • Collaborate with the client's team to support marketing and sales operations.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience using HubSpot or Zoho CRM in a business environment.
  • Understanding of automation workflows and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and data accuracy.
  • Experience with integrations, lead tracking, or basic marketing automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work within Australian business hours.
