Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Account Supervisor to join our team. The Account Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications, overseeing event execution, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on management, balancing client relationships with the operational demands of mass participation events.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility to work remotely while being available for on-site meetings, event preparations, and live event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Translate client needs into actionable briefs for the internal team.

Event Planning & Execution

Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale events.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics, creatives) to ensure flawless execution.

Supervise on-ground event activities, ensuring smooth flow and client expectations are met.

Team Leadership

Guide, mentor, and support Account Executives and Coordinators.

Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Business Development Support

Assist in proposal development, client presentations, and pitch meetings.

Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand client partnerships.

Reporting & Evaluation

Prepare post-event reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.

Monitor KPIs and ensure events align with both client and company objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or events/project management (preferably in mass participation or large-scale events).

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor junior team members.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during event periods.

Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and traveling as needed for on-site events.
