Generate and submit timely transaction reports to merchants in accordance with agreed scheduleschedules andand requirements.

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions between internal systems, banks,payment channels, and merchant accounts.

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, including settlement variances, unmatched transactions, and chargeback adjustments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify root causes ofreconciliation issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Provide concrete and accurate discrepancy reports.

  • Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to increase reconciliation efficiency and reduce operational risks.

  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of reconciliation processes, variance resolutions, andcontrol measures for audit and regulatory compliance.

  • Prepare and review settlement instructions to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds tomerchants.Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/Banking, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in reconciliation, financial operations, or accounting, preferably within fintech, banking, or payments.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of payment products & services.

  • Disputes handling and reporting.

Skillset:

  • Technologically savvy (proficient in MS Office application)

  • Numerical Proficiency
    • Detail Oriented

  • Have effective communication, collaboration, and pressure resistance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
