IT Analyst/IT Service Desk (L1/L2 Support)

Location: PhilPlans Corporate Center, BGC – Taguig

Work Setup: 100% Onsite, Night Shift

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Analyst / IT Service Desk Engineer to join our growing team at IT By Design. In this role, you'll provide technical support to global clients and help ensure smooth IT operations across various environments.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for users across different time zones
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity
  • Support and manage user accounts through Active Directory
  • Handle requests for Office 365, VPN, and printer configurations
  • Log and track service tickets, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates and clear solutions

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year and 9 months experience in IT Service Desk, Technical Support, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting international clients (US, EMEA, or AUS)
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
  • A team-player mindset with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
