ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have a strong understanding of the Accounting Program (SAP) as well as the logistics environment. He/she must possess strong skills in terms of communication, analytical, and resolving concerns.
  • Regularly undertaking audits.
  • Advising and dealing with tax matters
  • Liaising with external and internal auditors, dealing with any irregular financial issues as they arise
  • Reviewing and adapting new and existing financial systems and controls
  • Collates and analyze figures and statistics, producing reports for management.
  • Able to resolve any operational issues, as well as manage both internal and external customers systematically.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related course.

EXPERIENCE:

  • With at least 1 and above years of experience.
  • Work experience in international logistics and forwarding company an advantage.

SKILLS:

  • Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  • With good command of written in English.
