We're hiring a Client Services Representative - Sales Account to join our team

Job Summary: As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations. You will be the lead person to prepare the books and various financial reports. Responsibilities will include monitoring AP & AR, process client payments, and help provide aging reports. Must Work Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Validation: Manage invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks, to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare invoices promptly using various data sources, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Collections Management: Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices. Escalate collection issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Process Credit Card Payments: Process credit card payments from clients for their invoices.
  • Payment Processing: Record payments accurately and in accordance with payment remittance information.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly receivable reports for executive management, highlighting collection issues and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage all bookkeeping aspects in QuickBooks. All journal entries. Provide monthly P&L and Balance sheet. Help prepare year end books for Tax preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with accounting software QuickBooks is a must Do not apply if you don't have QB experience
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on accounts receivable and payable and bookkeeping
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
