This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service for our Lifestyle Accounts team. In this full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chat interactions in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and empathetic fashion
  3. Troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information to customers
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
  6. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow
