About the role
Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia, a leading full-service law firm in the Philippines, is seeking a talented Billing Staff to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. As a Billing Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm's billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and providing exceptional support to our legal professionals and clients.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to gather and reconcile billing information
- Maintain detailed records of billable hours, expenses, and other relevant data
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any billing-related concerns
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the broader finance and accounting team as needed
What we're looking for
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and clients
- Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant business applications
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
