Job Summary

The Finance Manager leads the financial planning and reporting functions, ensuring all financial activities support strategic goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and control project costs.

Detailed Tasks

-Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.

-Budgeting & Cost Control: Oversee the company-wide budget, track all project-related expenditures, and develop cost control strategies to prevent overruns.

-Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, including managing payments to subcontractors/vendors and client billing.

-Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks associated with operations and specific construction projects.

-Compliance: Ensure adherence to all accounting standards, tax laws, and government regulations. -Supervision: Supervise the accounting and finance staff, including performance evaluations and training.

Requirements

:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

: Experience: minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with significant experience in the construction or project-based industry.

:Skills -Analytical Skills, Financial Modeling, Deep technical accounting knowledge, Budgeting and forecasting expertise, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Leadership, and Attention to Detail.
