ASVW PH is looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant who will fulfill the following job responsibilities effectively:

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Supporting the Sales Team with calls, enrolments and related administration.
  • Providing informative Course Advice and answering general questions.
  • Assisting students with the enrolment process.
  • Managing the leads and deals in the CRM (HubSpot) and contacting leads promptly.
  • Generating weekly reports.
  • Checking Emails
  • Efficient completion of administration tasks (including the use of Axcelerate, LMS).
  • Working in an agile, fast-paced, proactive (and supportive) team.

Experience & Attributes:

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Teaching (English) or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented with 2 or more years' experience in Admin
  • Proficient in HubSpot and other CRM
  • Trainable and resourceful
  • Highly efficient, especially under pressure
  • Able to strictly follow task deadlines
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities outside the role when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
