Sales Admin Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares all necessary financing documents and requirements.
- Prepares necessary documents for processing of chattel mortgage
- Follows up with sales executives needed requirements of customers.
- Follows up collection of proceeds from various financing companies.
- Prepares and updates daily stock inventory report.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four year course.
- Preferably with 3 years of experience in admin.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Microsoft Work/Excel)
- Must be customer oriented.
- Capable with the operation of general office equipment such as fax machine, photocopier, and computer.
