Do you have the expertise to maintain excellent Amazon Account Health? If so, we want you to join our team We are looking for an Amazon Account Health Specialist to address account and listing issues, ensure the accuracy and compliance of listings, and manage the catalog for peak performance.

This role is full time and 100% work from home

Responsibilities:
Account Health Monitoring: Oversee and manage the Amazon seller account to ensure it remains healthy and compliant with Amazon's terms of service and seller code of conduct.
Catalog Management: Develop and manage product listings to ensure they are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand goals.
Listing Optimization: Improve product listings to boost visibility and performance on the Amazon platform. Develop attractive, high-converting listings that feature precise product information, captivating descriptions, and pertinent keywords.
Flat File Guru: Oversee the development and management of product listings using flat files and Seller Central tools, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and aligned with our brand's strategic objectives.
Deal Management: Strategizing, implementing, and overseeing promotional deals and campaigns.
Supervision and support for customer service and case management.
Deliver outstanding customer support by quickly addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve customer issues by utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Metric Monitoring and Reporting: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the functionality of all backend tools, processes, and systems.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure the Amazon sales strategy aligns with the broader business objectives, utilizing insights to guide informed decision-making.
Stay informed about Amazon's evolving policies and algorithms, and offer advice on best practices to safeguard account status and maintain compliance.

Qualifications:
years of experience in Amazon Account Management, demonstrating a successful track record in maintaining account health.
In-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including its policies, programs, and optimization strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Amazon's reporting tools and Excel for data analysis.
Expertise in Helium10 and Keepa
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Excel in maintaining order and structure
Ensure accuracy and excellence in every aspect of our ecommerce operations.
Ability to buildCommitment to ensuring accuracy and excellence in all aspects of our e-commerce operations.
