About the Role

As the Supply Chain Officer, you will assist the Head of Supply Chain in managing the inventory and logistics operations across Amazon and D2C of the client. This role is pivotal to ensuring smooth cross-border inventory flow, timely communication with global suppliers and 3PLs, and maintaining stock accuracy across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Support the Head of Supply Chain or Operations Manager with various day-to-day task

  • Shipment & Inventory Coordination: Create and manage Amazon FBA/FBM shipments

  • Supplier & Logistics Support: Coordinate with manufacturers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners (if necessary)

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role

  • Experience handling Amazon shipments (FBA/FBM)

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, shipment creation, and inventory dashboards

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
