???? What You'll Do:

? Amazon Ads Management: Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure maximum profitability.
? Product & Keyword Research: Find profitable niches, optimize keywords, and identify market gaps.
? Book Listing & Quality Check: Upload books to KDP, check files from VAs for errors, and ensure top-notch quality.
? Book Formatting & Cover Design: Use tools like InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and AI tools for book layouts, covers, and A Content.
? Diagnose & Improve Books: Spot and fix issues with books, ensuring they meet KDP standards and customer expectations.
? Stay Compliant: Follow KDP's Terms of Service and ensure all work complies with Amazon policies.
? Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts to promote books and build an audience.
? Team Management: Coordinate with two book creators, ensuring smooth workflows and creative collaboration.
? Continuous Learning: Stay updated on KDP trends, AI tools, and creative design techniques.

???? What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience with book marketing and Amazon Ads for books
? Proven experience with Amazon KDP: You understand the platform, what makes a book successful, and how to avoid issues.
? Strong design skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, AI tools).
? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
? Ability to diagnose book quality and provide clear feedback to improve.
? Creativity, initiative, and a passion for learning and growing.
? Social media management skills are a big plus
? Consistency, reliability, and a self-starter attitude.
? Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney).
