We're hiring a structured, reliable, and proactive Amazon Operations Manager to act as the operational right hand of the CEO.
You'll be responsible for keeping all core processes running smoothly – from supply chain and customer service to account management and product development.

Responsibilities:

As a full-time Amazon Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our brand strategies. Your responsibilities include:

Operations Manager

- Optimize and create SOPs
- Automate recurring tasks
- Support the CEO in operational priorities

Supply Chain Management

- Forecasting & Analyzing Inventory for Supplier Reorders
- Managing Inventory for FBA Stock
- Conduct business analysis and create reports to support decision-making

Customer Support

- Ensuring Customer Service Issues Are Handled
- Processing Customer Inquiries, Refunds, and Replacements
- Managing the removal of negative seller feedback and product reviews

Account Management

- Serve as backend specialist for Seller Central
- Manage flat files and bulk uploads
- Monitor listing health and appearance
- Maintain and optimize listings and keyword strategies
- Create and manage parent/child variations
- Prepare KPI and store health reports
- Manage Amazon Store Health
- Handle Seller Support cases
- Plan and analyze Deals and Promotions

Product Development & Sourcing

- Research new product ideas
- Create market analyses
- Improve performance of existing products

Project Management

- Brief and coordinate graphic design team
- Manage communication with sourcing agencies

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should bring a combination of experience, structure, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Minimum 3–4 years experience as an Amazon FBA Account or Operations Manager (including customer support)
- In-depth understanding of the Amazon FBA business model and core KPIs (CVR, CTR, sales, etc.)
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including bulk file updates (title changes, variants, listing data)
- Confident in handling Seller Support cases and troubleshooting
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel
