Job Description:
No previous experience required, but the ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

- Learning and Adaptability: Ability to self-learn and conduct thorough research to acquire new knowledge, demonstrating strong independent research capabilities.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Independently analyze and solve problems, quickly understand and respond to urgent Amazon notifications, and maintain account health effectively.
- Time Management and Problem Resolution: Efficiently plan and prioritize tasks, handle customer issues within 24 hours to prevent any negative feedback.
- Professional Writing and Maintenance Skills: Craft clear and precise standard operating procedures and other critical documents, keeping documentation up-to-date.
- Honesty/Integrity: Exhibit high professional ethics and confidentiality, trustworthy and reliable.
- Resilience: Patient and detail-oriented, seeing tasks through to completion to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Strategic Contributions: Proactively offer constructive feedback, make recommendations based on customer feedback and Amazon changes, and actively contribute insights to improve workflows and other processes for company.
- Data Entry Proficiency: Handle daily data entry tasks including but not limited to updating product information, managing inventory, and processing orders, with proficiency in Excel and related database software.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting hourly wage of $2.50, paid bi-weekly, with salary increases based on performance.
