Job Details:40 hours per week
7 AM to 4 PM EDT
You'll play a key role in shaping the voice and reach of the client — curating impactful conversations, driving audience engagement, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You'll also collaborate closely with the Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Public Relations team to align podcast content, messaging, and promotional strategy with broader brand and growth objectives.
What we need is a strategic storyteller with both creative flair and analytical rigor. You've successfully managed or scaled podcasts and can point to tangible results — whether that's growing listener bases, improving engagement metrics, or securing high-profile guests. You're comfortable balancing creative production with data-driven marketing and thrive in a collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Guest & Production Management
- Research, reach out to, and book inspiring, high-impact guests.
- Manage all scheduling, communication, and preparation to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Oversee and facilitate recording sessions to maintain production quality and brand tone.
- Edit and produce professional-quality video and audio episodes.
- Create marketing assets such as audiograms, thumbnails, and short-form social clips.
- Collaborate with the CMO and PR team to ensure alignment with overall marketing and storytelling strategy.
- Manage and grow the I Am Wiser presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content calendars and post engaging, on-brand materials.
- Monitor analytics and audience data to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Partner with the Fractional CMO and PR team on promotional strategy, guest selection, and audience growth initiatives.
- Use analytics and performance insights to improve strategy, content, and outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all digital channels.
- Proven success in podcast management, with the ability to share performance metrics (e.g., audience growth, download increases, engagement rates, or social reach improvements).
- Demonstrated experience producing and managing podcasts, YouTube series, or similar digital media projects.
- Proficiency in video and audio editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Descript, etc.).
- Skilled in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and social media content creation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media growth strategies.
- Must be available full-time during Eastern Standard Time (7 AM – 4 PM).
