What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 1-3+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal ops, or in contract management
  • Strong ability to read and interpret corporate legal documents (agreements, bylaws, consents, cap tables, etc.)
  • Excellent Word formatting skills, including tables, styles, indentation, and clean document structure
  • High attention to detail, especially with punctuation, spacing, and legal logic
  • Ability to learn and apply Jinja2 templating syntax (conditionals, loops, filters, whitespace control)
  • Experience with document automation tools such as docxtpl, HotDocs, Contract Express, Clausebase, or similar
  • Strong written English and ability to summarize complex content clearly
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage structured workflows
  • Familiarity with AI tools (nice-to-have but helpful)

What will you do?

  • Convert corporate legal documents into dynamic Jinja-based Smart Precedents
  • Identify variables, optional clauses, conditionals, and repeating structures in legal templates
  • Test template outputs across scenarios to ensure clean formatting, correct logic, and error-free Word rendering
  • Maintain structured field dictionaries, schemas, and reusable clause libraries
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts, podcast snippets, and light content for public channels
  • Upload and organize YouTube and podcast content, including titles, descriptions, and timestamps
  • Support internal operations by organizing folders, tracking tasks, and assisting with internal documentation
  • Conduct light research and assist with QA for product features and internal demos
