Through our brands 5 Star STR and Buddha Estates, we deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing property owner returns.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Revenue Manager (with Proven experience in the Vacation Rental industry).

Position Overview

This role is only for an experienced Revenue manager. Don't waste your time or mine if you are not experienced with Revenue management in the Vacation Rental industry.

You'll manage revenue optimization, pricing intelligence, and business analytics while providing light customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies through market insights, and data-driven performance optimization to maximize occupancy and profitability, using dynamic pricing tools.

Performance Reporting

• Build dashboards and reports to track revenue trends and performance forecasts.
• Present actionable insights to management and property owners.
• Identify underperforming listings and recommend data-backed improvements.

OTA & Channel Optimization

• Audit listings on Airbnb, , VRBO, and other OTAs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and ranking strength.
• Track conversion rates and platform performance, reporting findings internally.
• Recommend adjustments to listing content, pricing, or availability to improve results.

Owner & Business Insights

• Prepare property performance summaries and revenue forecasts for owner reporting.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market opportunities.
• Provide insights to operations and customer service teams on booking trends and guest behavior.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Revenue Management (Short-term rental/ Vacation rental or Hotel industry).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Hands-on experience with PMS, and a Dynamic pricing tool.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

The position is full time or part time Paid bi-Weekly,
