The Telesales Team Leader will lead and manage a team of Telesales Associates, ensuring high performance and achieving conversion targets. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, train and mentor team members, and develop strategies to optimize telesales effectiveness for both direct leads and those transitioning to Relationship Managers (RMs).
Responsibilities
- Deposit Sales Team
- Manage outbound calls to website lead, pitching deposit account openings
- Goal: Schedule online/offline meetings for conversions.
- Optimize scripts, objections handling, and follow-up processes.
Track meeting attendance rates and adjust strategies accordingly.
Universal TeleSales Team
- Handle cross-selling (e.g., offering second loans to POS clients).
- Support merchant acquisition campaigns.
Maximize call-to-approval conversion for loans.
Facebook Comments & Lead Management
- Organize response workflows for customer inquiries/comments on Facebook.
- Hire/train additional staff if needed to handle social media leads.
Ensure timely replies and lead handoff to sales agents.
Operational & Analytical Tasks(for all teams)
- Creatio CRM setup, monitoring, and reporting.
Build real-time dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for:
Lead response times.
- Meeting booking rates (deposits).
Cross-sell conversion rates (loans).
Design bonus schemes tied to KPIs (e.g., meetings booked, approvals).
Nice to have
- Proven experience leading a telesales team, preferably with Filipino agents.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Jira.
- Strong understanding of KYC requirements and compliance in banking.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
