Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept)

  • Lead the Wolf Pack :
    Manage, motivate, and get a team of callers to consistently hit targets. If they're not booking, you're coaching
  • Talent Scout Extraordinaire :
    You'll be using your
    recruiting experience
    to constantly find the next legendary cold caller. If they have the chops, bring them in
  • The Conversion Guru :
    You'll use your
    coaching experience
    to make our scripts sound less "telemarketer" and more "instant best friend."
  • Night Owl, Day Payer :
    You must work
    US business hours
    . That's where the real estate agents (and the real money) are.
  • Live the Motto:
    "Money Chases Speed."
    If you move slow, the money moves on. We want people who are fast, fierce, and funny (optional, but a bonus ).
