Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Logistics Importation/Purchasing professional, based in Makati. The successful candidate will oversee importation and purchasing logistics, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Core responsibilities include managing procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves streamlining the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency and supporting internal teams with purchasing-related needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize purchasing decisions and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Experience and knowledge in supply chain management and import/export processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling procurement documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools related to logistics and inventory management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in import/export or procurement roles within the mining or industrial sector is an advantage.
