Job Summary

Fortem Cement Corporation is hiring an experienced Importation Coordinator to manage end-to-end import processes for our construction materials portfolio. The role oversees documentation, regulatory compliance, shipment monitoring, and coordination with suppliers, brokers, and government agencies. This position is strictly open to applicants with proven experience in importation, logistics coordination, or customs documentation, preferably within construction supplies, manufacturing, or trading industries. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid understanding of import regulations, and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Key Qualifications

  • Required: Proven experience as an Importation Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Customs Documentation Staff, or similar import-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of import procedures, HS codes, shipment handling, and customs regulations.
  • Familiarity with coordinating with brokers, forwarders, and government agencies.
  • Excellent documentation skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience in ERP or import tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Willing to work onsite most days in Quezon City.
