Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (Order Management), you'll handle order processing, customer inquiries, and account updates while ensuring accurate documentation. This role demands precision, communication skills, and a customer-first approach to support international operations seamlessly.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off, US CST Business hours

Experience and Knowledge

  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Education

  • No degree required

Your Daily Tasks

  • Review, clear, and approve customer/contract orders on problem hold
  • Allocate and charge expenses to contracts and transactional orders as needed
  • Reconcile external AP invoices with internal orders for finance accuracy
  • Calculate and validate commission to authorize order processing
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process purchase orders received through multiple channels (email, phone, fax)
  • Maintain accurate PO numbers on contracts and sales orders
  • Update customer details including names, addresses, and contacts within contracts and orders
  • Transfer contracts between representatives as required
  • Process receiving reports and documentation for customer returns
  • Prepare, maintain, and process monthly contract statements for invoicing
  • Track and monitor orders to support the outside sales team
  • Provide product Safety Data Sheets (SDS) upon request
  • Identify accounts missing strategic account labels and ensure records are updated
