About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing marketing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels
  • Support the creation of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, website copy, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing events and initiatives
  • Perform market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform marketing decisions
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas

What we're looking for

  • No prior experience required but related experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a keen interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
