Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Associate who can build lasting client relationships while providing excellent technical and sales support. This role bridges business development, client servicing, and technical expertise, making it ideal for candidates who aspire to grow in both sales and technology-oriented fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new business opportunities through telemarketing, online prospecting, referrals, and on-site client visits.
- Conduct engaging and customized product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Assist clients in understanding product features, benefits, and technical specifications to ensure they find the right solution for their needs.
- Provide end-to-end technical support (both remote and on-site) to guarantee proper product implementation and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients by offering ongoing assistance and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to create tailored solutions that address client requirements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to help improve strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years in sales, marketing or business development experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills—able to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong willingness to learn product specifications and industry applications.
- Willing to travel for client visits as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to develop a career in business development and technical sales.
